Return & Exchanges

All Products purchased directly from the One Arrow Co. Store sold with a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If you have received damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise please notify Customer Service within thirty (30) days. All Products must be noted on the outside of the returned Product's shipping container. Products which are sold as refurbished, special deals, blemished/damaged, or otherwise noted are not eligible for return. Products must be returned in the original packaging, accompanied by your original sales receipt. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Damage and missing part restocking fees may apply. RMA numbers are valid for fourteen (14) days from issuance. You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges and you shall assume all risk of loss or damage to Product while in transit to One Arrow Co. If you return Product to One Arrow Co. (i) without a RMA number, (ii) beyond the fourteen (14) day issuance period, or (iii) without proper packaging, One Arrow Co. retains the right to either refuse delivery of such return or charge you a restocking fee. Please allow up to eight (8) weeks for One Arrow Co. to credit your account.

Lost or Stolen Packages

One Arrow Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, One Arrow Co. will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. Please make sure to enter the correct delivery address, we can not be responsible for lost packages delivered to the wrong address.
